They actually understand what customer service means and not lip service. Chris, the service manager Overlooked the progress of my bike and checked in with me on intervals to keep me updated and Xavier the tech that worked on my bike is spot on I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. While I work for a dealership (NOT Yamaha) here in Southwest Florida - a 2025 Yamaha MT-09SP was on my wishlist. After an unfortunate misfire with a dealer in Central Florida (RIDICULOUSLY exorbitant fees, and while bypassing two closer Yamaha dealers within minutes from my dealer) - my trusty co-worker connected me with Chris, and ultimately Emil @Riva. We quickly secured an MT, and at a mutually acceptable & reasonable fee schedule. It was obvious by our interactions during the week that I had certainly hooked up with the right group. They delivered my MT cross-state (for a fee), and the stellar rep Denim (yeah - “like the jeans”lol) was thorough and professional, spot cleaning the cycle before off-loading, finalizing the p’work, and reviewing basic operations - a successful & pleasant overall transaction (over the total course of about two weeks), from beginning to end.

So the reason why I gave this a one star reading is because, what's the point of buying a brand name, If after ten years later, they won't service it any longer. Suzuki Brand name is meaningless and not worth much if in time dealerships can pick and choose who they want to do business with. I have a 2002 Suzuki Intruder Valucia 800 cc with under 4000 miles. Not 40,000. or 140,000 still brand new inside and out. No point in buying from organization that don't back up their own products. I would never buy another suzuki product again. What's the point.

I highly recommend doing business with Riva. My wife and I visited the showroom about 3 years ago when shopping for a waverunner, and worked with Emil on the purchase. He was extremely helpful, offering a ton of information about the different options and brands, but never was pushy. We ended up purchasing a Yamaha GP1800R, and have been very happy with the ski. We pre-purchased the 3 services and working with the Riva service department has always been smooth. Their teams are always friendly, responsive, and show up in the specified window when it's time for the maintenance pick-ups. When I need to purchase a second, or when it's time to replace this one, there's no question that I'll be bringing my business back to Riva and seeking out Emil.

Sold a Can-Am Spyder to Chris. The process was super easy and we received a fair price. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process and even picked up the bike from our house. Would highly recommend RIVA motorsports!

I recently visited Riva motor sports with no intention to purchase anything just to view their merchandise. As I walked into the store no one had greeted me that was on the floor only one which was Emil which looked like he was just coming out of the back store room. He greeted me and asked if anyone had came and talked to us which they hadn't, he said give him a minute as he finished up with his current client and he will attend us. Emil carried himself very professional, knowledgeable, and personable which is why he is such a great sales men as I walked out the store with a brand new Yamaha 2023 Limited addition, Jet Ski. Great service

This is not your normal dealership. The staff are extremely helpful and have been with Riva for a long period of time. I have purchased two items through this dealership and I would buy again if they have an item I am looking for. My 1st purchase was a Yamaha 242x. On the weekends I would have questions or technical issues and I would call Anthony,my salesperson. Anthony was always available or would call me back with answers and or suggestions. The only challenge I had with this dealership was scheduling service. The service department is always busy and finding time for an appointment and service is challenging but that may be the state of the business right now. My second purchase was a used Harley Davidson. Anthony was fantastic and made the transaction easy. When I went to purchase the paperwork was ready and I was done in less than 10 minutes. Last weekend I went to another dealer with friends to buy two motorcycles and the transactions took over 3 hours to complete. If you are looking for a dealership that is friendly, ethical and reasonable, check them out.

Worst experience ever. I will start by saying that I took my 2009 KTM 530 exc to Spaceport cycles in November 2022 for a ticking noise in the motor. After 7 months of “waiting on parts” they said the bike was ready after a full top end rebuild. When I went to pick up the bike, not only was the problem not fixed, the bike had been left outside the entire time and all the fasteners were corroded. The owner apologized, said he wanted to look at the bike again and then said he found the problem and bike would be ready in a week. Called again after a week and was told the business sold to Riva and they had no clue what the problem was. They wanted to send the bike to Pompano store where the KTM master mechanic. After another 10 weeks, Riva rebuilt the engine again and said they couldn’t find the problem. They returned the bike to me and I paid $1000 for the rebuild (still kicking myself). When I got the bike home, the radiator drain line had burned in half from being on the radiator, my GPS did not work, so when I checked the wiring I found all the wires were ripped out of the wiring lug on the negative side. All fasteners are corroded, hand grip is loose from sitting out in the weather for almost a year, the bike continually dies when warmed up, and went to start it today and the battery is dead. I asked for my money back and was refused, they stated they over $3500 in the bike and had to pay the Pompano store. They acted concerned and like they wanted to help. But the bottom line is my bike was gone for 11 months and came back in worse shape then when I brought it there and I don’t trust it for the cross Florida ride at the end of the month. I count this as a loss for me but will never go back and will let all rider friends know.

Just picked up a 2023 BMW R 1250 GS Adventure from Riva Motorsports, and let me tell you — I didn’t make it easy for them. 😅 I asked a lot of questions, inspected every inch of the bike, checked the VIN history, called BMW dealerships, and even pulled out a mini checklist like I was doing preflight on a space shuttle. But through it all, Anthony kept it cool, patient, and professional. Dude really knows how to work with serious buyers. Chris the manager also made sure things stayed smooth, even when I was working with an outside credit union. No pressure, no games, just straight-up business. At the end of the day, I walked away with an amazing bike and a solid deal. If you're like me — someone who wants to do it right and not feel rushed — Riva's got your back.

I just picked up my 2023 Kawasaki Z900RS a few days ago. I was helped by Anthony, who was helpful throughout the entire buying process. He gave me plenty of time to straighten out a hiccup I had with my bank. He didnt rush or pressure me in the slightest, despite me taking almost 2 weeks to prepare my payment. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'd buy from here again if I were in the market for another bike. Highly recommend dealer!

I personally like this location because it’s close to my home . And they have a demo for the wave runners at crystal lake . ( I did buy the Yamaha 2021 19,5 pro fish boat at the palm beach location. During Covid -19 . It was difficult to get one at that time . And I look forward to trying out the new 2023 wave runners/ motorcycles . I had a great experience . Over all I give them 5 starts I would recommend them to a friend .I’m very happy with Yamaha on the water , and many motorcycles to choose from new and used ( I like dirt bikes they have a great selection and knowable staff . Wave runners huge inventory. You can find looking for at Pomano Beach Riva water sports .
